aakʼeed

  1. autumn, fall (season)
Aakʼeedgo níyol łeh. ― It’s usually windy in the fall.

Usage notes

A lot of people these days insist on the alternative spelling aakʼee, because the stem of aakʼeed (-KʼEED (“autumn”)) is almost the same as the stem -KʼÉÉD (“copulate”), and is identical to some forms of -kʼééd.
