1. (intransitive) to fall

   ընկնել աստիճաններից ― ənknel astičannericʻ ― to fall from stairs

   մարդն ընկավ փոսը ― mardn ənkav pʻosə ― the man fell into a pit

2. (intransitive) to fall, to, drop, to decrease

   գներն ընկնում են ― gnern ənknum en ― the prices are dropping

3. (intransitive) to be situated, to be; to lie

   քաղաքն ընկած է գետի ափին ― kʻaġakʻn ənkac ē geti apʻin ― the city is situated on the seashore

   գրքերն ընկած են սեղանին ― grkʻern ənkac en seġanin ― the books lie on the table
